1. Scope of services

Cloud Number 24 provides software engineering, design, and consulting services. Specific project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in signed proposals or statements of work.

2. Acceptable use

• You must not use our services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• You must not attempt unauthorized access to systems, source code, or infrastructure.
• You are responsible for ensuring content you submit does not violate third-party rights.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Project-specific ownership and license transfer terms are governed by the applicable contract.

4. Fees and payments

Fees, milestones, billing cycles, and payment due dates are defined in project agreements. Late payments may delay delivery schedules or suspend ongoing work.

5. Warranties and liability

Services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis unless explicitly stated otherwise in contract terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Number 24 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services as provided in the governing agreement. Termination does not remove obligations that survive by nature, including payment, confidentiality, and intellectual property clauses.

7. Updates to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Updated terms become effective when published on this page with a revised effective date.
