Cennovation

IUT CenNovation is a major technology festival that draws hundreds of students across various competitions. Managing participants for both solo and team events requires a reliable system to handle entries, verify payments, and keep everyone updated. We built a dedicated registration portal to simplify the entire process for organizers and attendees.

The platform handles the complete registration lifecycle. Participants can sign up for specific events, upload necessary documents directly to Google Drive, and receive automated email confirmations. For the organizing committee, a secure admin dashboard provides real-time access to participant data, payment verification tools, and the ability to export registration lists as spreadsheets. It also includes built-in notice boards and galleries to keep attendees informed.
