A centralized dashboard designed to manage the end-to-end participation lifecycle. The BdRO Registration Portal handles complex eligibility logic, team formation, and secure document verification. By automating payment reconciliation and approval workflows, it ensures a transparent and error-free registration experience for thousands of applicants.
This is the operational engine of the Olympiad. While the main site is for information, this portal is where users take action. It functions as a secure, self-service dashboard for participants and teams:
Profile & Identity Management: It acts as a digital locker where students create permanent accounts, uploading verification documents (Birth Certificates/Passports) and formal photos once, which are then used for all future competitions.
Smart Eligibility Checking: The system enforces complex rules automatically—preventing teams from forming with members of different age groups (e.g., ensuring a "Junior High" student doesn't mistakenly register with a "Senior" team).
Integrated Fintech: It replaces manual bank slips with a full e-commerce style checkout. It tracks payment status in real-time (Not Paid → Paid → Pending Review) via SSLCOMMERZ (bKash, Nagad, Visa).
Live Status Tracking: Instead of waiting for email updates, participants log in to see their approval status, download admit cards, and eventually view their results directly on their dashboard.
Automated Certification: It eliminates the need for manual distribution by automatically generating verifiable digital certificates (Participation, Merit, and Winner). Participants can download these directly from their dashboard immediately after results are published.
